Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in Agriculture/ MBA/ BBA/ any other subject from reputed educational institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Project: Making Markets for the Char (M4C)
∎ Working Area: Rajibpur and Roumari Upazila of Kurigram District and Dewanganj Upazila of Jamalpur District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote M4C approach.
∎ Capacity building for traders out growers scheme.
∎ Facilitate market development for poor and capacity building of market actors.
∎ Look after project office management, security and services.
∎ Ensure required logistic supplies in the project and its proper management.
∎ Organize progress review meeting with project staff (monthly/weekly).
∎ Ensure regular and update records of project.
∎ Develop quarterly project activity plan highlighting major important accomplishment.
∎ Coordinate the project staff and make coordination with the Project Manager.
∎ Monitoring day to day progress at field level.
∎ Coordinate different delegates /development partner's representatives.
∎ Submit the reports to Market Development Manager (MDM).
∎ Follow-up MF4e activities.
∎ Linkage with local administration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people in char area.
∎ Having computer knowledge MS word/MS excel/Power Point and ability to use of internet.
∎ Should have market development experience.
∎ Report writing skill in English, Bangla.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.

Salary:
∎ Monthly BDT 44,290 and other project benefits.
