∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to August 31, 2024.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Senior Government Liaison Officer will represent the Organization in an administrative and liaison capacity towards Government authorities including CICs, RRRC, DC, UNO`s and other government focal points. The Sr. Officer will ensure timely and effective processing of necessary permissions/authorization for CARE operation and will develop and maintain good relationships with the relevant bodies at Upazila Level. She/he will ensure the Organization`s positive relations with local community representatives and local authorities, by clearly communicating the mission of the organization and building links with relevant stakeholders.
∎ S/he will assist to the project colleagues to develop the FDS- Foreign donation forms,(FD-6, FD-2, FD-7) and FC-1 (Foreign Contribution Form) forms of all new and revised projects and will submit to GAAM department in a timely manner for reviewing and submission to the NGOAB. S/he also will assist to prepare and submission responses against queries from NGO Bureau and LGI on FD-6 ,FD-07 and FD-4 (Audit)I in collaboration with sector focal and finance.
∎ The Senior Government Liaison Officer will assist concern project staff for preparing Annual Progress Report as per NGO Bureau`s prescribed format and ensure to submit it to GAAM department, Dhaka office. S/he will also ensure to submit application to the local Govt. office and collect Local Admin Certificate and send it to GAAM Department timely.
