Develop and maintain executive dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance analysis.

Lead weekly reviews using L2/L3 schedules to ensure milestone-based execution.

Identify cost overruns and delays early; initiate corrective engineering actions promptly.

Automate daily reporting, vendor mobilisation, and Workfront closures to maintain execution pace.

Guide project managers on target achievement and resolution of execution issues.

Coordinate with legal and contracts teams on deviations, scope changes and variations.

Prepare regular reports for senior leadership with updates on progress, risks, and actions.

Design and execute training strategies aligned with construction project needs.

Conduct TNA across functions—engineering, execution, safety, and quality.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability building across project teams.

Train and develop engineers and project staff to improve their skills and efficiency, enabling them to follow schedules effectively.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to ensure successful project delivery and organisational objectives.
