Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person should have a vast experience in successfully carrying out production function of garments / textile, operating and managing overall production function s of huge garments/ textile factories for renowned branded buyers.
∎ Must have a sound and solid background of efficient production planning & goal setting and performance management for achieving productivity and maintaining shipment schedule
∎ Should be proactive in nature for taking the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and perform in a multi-cultural work environment
∎ Should be well conversant in leading a highly skilled team of professionals and co-ordinate with the buyer representative to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/ procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
