Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor degree or (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Must have Pattern making knowledge
∎ Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Woven factory sample department and buying office both areas.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the samples based on the customer tech-pack and customer comments.
∎ Check fit and construction of the sample against the customer standards
∎ Develop production feasible products.
∎ Follow-up sample submission on time.
∎ Responsible for all technical, sample quality issue for multiple customer satisfaction.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Pattern making and grading
∎ Strong knowledge on garment construction, size specification and quality of sample.
∎ Strong knowledge on sewing, machineries, folder/ guide etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about wash, shrinkage adjustment and product safety rules.
∎ Strong knowledge on garment finishing.
Salary: Negotiable
