Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ 5+ of experience with large-scale development (preferably ERP sector)
∎ Experience with Springboot/.Net/Go/Node for backend technology
∎ Experience with React/VueJS/React Native for front-end technology
∎ Knowledge of handling large database
∎ Familiar with Mobile Application development
∎ Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS, and related technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
∎ Establish proper security protocol for the system
∎ Experience with agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
∎ Solid understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Systems, Mobile App Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a complete ERP system and gather requirements, design, develop, test, automate, ship to production, monitor usage and maintain.
∎ Design system architecture.
∎ Capability to provide core features with extensive customisation coverage, ensuring
∎ high-end quality.
∎ Possess valuable experience designing and developing APIs, encompassing RESTful and GraphQL interfaces.
∎ Proficiency in utilising automated API documentation tools like Swagger.
∎ Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices.
∎ Build a proper responsive interface for desktop, mobile, tab & other various display ratios
∎ Previously successfully worked on large-scale production-grade products, showcasing your ability to handle such demanding environments.
∎ Actively drive innovation by researching and recommending new tools, technologies, and processes. You aim to build a future-proof ERP system, enhance efficiency and improve quality.
∎ Ability to write clean code and technical documentation
∎ Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new team members for the same division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
