∎ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration and Development.
∎ Certified professional (OCP/OCA) with expertise in Oracle 11g/12c/19c, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
∎ Proficient in Oracle Developer Suite (6i/10g/11g) for developing forms and reports.
∎ Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle databases on Windows and Linux platforms.
∎ Experienced with RMAN, log shipping, and replication for backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
∎ Strong understanding of database security, access control, and audit logging mechanisms.
∎ Basic knowledge of SAP system landscape, with added familiarity in the SD module.
∎ Exposure to VMware, Azure, AWS, and other cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.
∎ Able to multitask under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel when required.
∎ Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and following industry best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Oracle (11g/12c/19c) and MySQL database environments on both Windows and Linux platforms.
∎ Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Databases.
∎ Administer database objects including tables, views, materialized views, indexes, and procedures.
∎ Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and queries.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot slow-running queries and system performance issues.
∎ Leverage indexing, caching, query plan analysis, and profiling tools to enhance performance.
∎ Design and implement comprehensive backup strategies (full, incremental, and differential).
∎ Manage disaster recovery procedures including point-in-time recovery using RMAN and other tools.
∎ Enforce database security through role-based access controls and audit logging mechanisms.
∎ Ensure data protection and compliance with internal and external policies.
∎ Install and configure Oracle Developer Suite (6i/10g/11g) on Windows platforms.
∎ Design and develop interfaces and reports using Oracle Forms and Reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
