Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Candidates, in addition to above, with Bachelor degree in Engineering background in CSC/CSE/ETE/EEE along with willing to work in Marketing and Business Development will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing and executing strategies/ sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target to drive business in new and existing markets
∎ Make research on customers, current market conditions & competitor information and able to perform cost-benefit analysis
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/ clients relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Maintain smooth & prompt communication with clients, parties, customers over mobile/ email communications and manage their feedback, queries & complaints to retain existing business and increase sales volume
∎ Maintain excellent contacts in BTRC, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, Banks and various Corporate Houses and Firms etc.
∎ Able to search for new clients/projects for prospective business with IT/ITES Enabled Services
∎ Visit Corporate Customers and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal. Have existing contacts in Govt. offices and private institutes
∎ Responsible for participating in the major Government and Private Tender or Bidding invitation and take necessary steps for the successful submission and follow-up
∎ Maintain a good system/ database to keep the client's details for future reference
∎ Prepare Weekly & Monthly report
∎ While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the responsibilities of the position, management reserves the right to assign any other lawful activities as and when required in the interest of business situation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill both in Bengali and English are mandatory
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Strong time-management skills
∎ Highly motivated and target driven

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive package depending on the experience & capability of the candidate.
