Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients for
∎ our real estate products (Plots etc.)
∎ Conduct property presentations, site visits and product demos to
∎ prospective Customer.
∎ Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and Developers.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with clients.
∎ Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry
∎ Developments.
∎ Assist in the marketing and promotional efforts for the real estate
∎ products.
∎ Any other task assigned be the Departmental Head/Management.
