Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients for
our real estate products (Plots etc.)
Conduct property presentations, site visits and product demos to
prospective Customer.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and Developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry
Developments.
Assist in the marketing and promotional efforts for the real estate
products.
Any other task assigned be the Departmental Head/Management.
