Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Metallurgical, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
LPG Gas
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the QA/QC department and Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing of LPG cylinders flowing DOT 4BA and EN standards.
∎ Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
∎ Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
∎ Inspection & Quality control of metal forming, welding (SMAW, SAW, TIG & MIG), heat treatment process, surface preparation and painting.
∎ Inspection & control all NDT & DT activities (X-ray, PT, UT for thickness measurement, burst test & etc.), and performing Tensile, Bending, Shear strength test of LPG cylinder.
∎ NDT operation (X-ray) with dark room facilities, Film interpretation, NDT reporting, etc.
∎ Develop, execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
∎ Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
∎ Participate in internal and external quality audits.
∎ Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
∎ Manpower handling, reporting & etc.
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto Cad or solid works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Preferred experience in Cylinders Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team-building and oral and written communication skills
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office.
