Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• Age At least 26 years

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Cutting Department of a reputed knit garments factory.

• Experience in handling Auto Spreader and Auto Cutter machines will be an added advantage.

• Sound knowledge of fabric shrinkage, GSM variation, and marker planning.

• Hands-on experience in lay planning, fabric utilization, and cutting ratio management.

• Ability to analyze fabric defects and take corrective measures.

• Practical knowledge of CAD system (Optitex/Gerber/Lectra) will be an added advantage.

• Maintain the SOP of Cutting.

• Independently follow-up, monitor, control, and responsible for one Shifting cutting-related activities.

• Proven capability to understand different specifications & requirements.

• Thorough knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, size set etc.

• Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product & fabrics type wise.

• Ensure the Relaxation as per the type of Fabrication.

• Received the Fabrics, Rib, Collar and other items from Store as per Consumption.

• Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.

• Maintain 100 % Floor Housekeeping & QMS of Cutting Section.
