Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast the business for short run as well as long run basis to achieve operational goal
∎ Analyse sales of retail business & maintain sales, stock and production database in retail business
∎ Check with Business Planning regarding monthly target and capacity utilization
∎ Develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures in respect of retail fashion brand
∎ Prepare business performance report in monthly basis
∎ Analysis for new business development
∎ Prepare and maintain master database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying & backing up data
∎ Inventory management like aging analysis/fast moving or slow moving items etc
∎ Develop sales dashboard & highlight key trends with insights
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (specially MS Excel)
∎ Ability to generate graphical representation of data & report on short notice with maximum efficiency
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
