Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations within the washing unit to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Production Planning: Plan, monitor, and manage daily and monthly production targets to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to subordinates, ensuring they meet quality standards and production goals through effective forecasting and review.
∎ Process Optimization: Establish priorities and combinations of washing processes according to production plans and targets. Continuously guide staff on machine utilization to maximize daily production.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor chemical and material stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing assessments for process improvements and report findings to higher management.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and proper machine operations are adhered to by the team.
∎ Cost Control: Implement cost-saving strategies and optimize material utilization to enhance efficiency.
∎ Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance department to maintain optimal machine and equipment conditions, preventing workflow interruptions.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with merchandisers and buyers for sample development and bulk production processes.
∎ Additional Responsibilities: Be flexible and prepared to take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
