Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create & Update dyeing programs based on fabric types, color requirements, and production specifications according to instruction by Dyeing Head
∎ Monitor the execution of dyeing programs, ensuring they are being followed accurately by the machine operators & Train operators on proper dyeing program execution
∎ Supervise the dyeing processes in real-time, identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the production run & Communicate to Dyeing Head regarding feedback of Live data monitoring
∎ Make real-time adjustments to dyeing parameters if deviations from the desired outcome are detected with discussing dyeing head.
∎ Troubleshoot technical problems that might occur during dyeing, collaborating with maintenance teams for timely solutions.
∎ Have to concern about the final fabric quality of Sclavos that may arise after dyeing & feedback to dyeing head for necessary corrections & adjustments.
∎ Analyze production data and live monitoring information to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement & feedback to Dyeing head regarding all issues
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of dyeing programs, adjustments made, production data, and any deviations from standard processes
∎ Generate regular management reports detailing production output, efficiency, Performance metrics (RFT%, plan vs actual time, water & power consumption etc.)
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must knowledge on Sedomaster Program Creation and Update.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Dyeing production.
