Responsibilities & Context:
Computer knowledge
Undertaking various travel and tourism related tasks using digital technologies.
Marketing holidays and tour packages to clients via Facebook, Websites, Email,Mobile,Whatsup, YouTube video knowledge
Selling holiday and travel products to customers.
Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
Booking hotel, issuing ticket, printing and emailing ticket from GDS backend using standard GDS command.
Strategic planning and preparing contents for various Travel Services including Holiday, Flight, Hotel, Visa, Car, Bus, Helicopter rental ,Local Tour Tanguar Haor, Saintmartin, Sundarban Tour etc.
Coordinating with other departments.
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
