∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring site securing on time with proper documentation, regulatory compliance, smooth rollout of customer, follow-up internal external stakeholder. Ensuring site access, PAT management for external tenant & execute survey, negotiation and dispute resolution with house owner for site acquisition and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure support to all external stakeholder
∎ Ensure on-time site securing as per seeker's requirement
∎ Conduct negotiation with house-owner, landowner or any other authority where site is required
∎ Manage site survey, perform TSS and review TSSR
∎ Resolve any kind of dispute raised by house owner, landowner or any other authority
∎ Maintain the sales support database and assist in various reports to the management
∎ Ensure regular updates on ROC (Rollout Controller) & EASI
∎ Plan and manage vendor standard and performance
∎ Provide support to external customers
∎ Maintain cross functional coordination
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of site/land acquisition management experience in a telco/real estate industry is MUST
∎ Proven record of leading a team is necessary
∎ Ability to manage on time rollout delivery
∎ Able to lead a team
∎ Ability to handle difficult customers while maintaining professionalism
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skill
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and Word
∎ Good knowledge about telecom technology & equipment
∎ Ability to resolve disputes
∎ Ability to work with multiple projects and limited time frame
