∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate sales team with all sales department needs, run reports for Management, participate and attend sales calls, managing schedules and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
∎ Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for sales department on assigned communities.
∎ Communicate with overseas Customer, Agent and Local C&F Agent as well as Carrier.
∎ Maintain good relations with all our Overseas Agent, Carrier and Customers.
∎ Rate collection from various Agent and Carrier, Negotiation Rate & assure to serve best service with competitive rate to Customer.
∎ Typing business letters, memorandums, standard operation forms, reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner as directed.
∎ Handle customers/ clients professionally.
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
∎ Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate must have experience in Freight Sales. We will only call candidates who has experience in Freight Sales.
∎ Strong negotiation, observation, presentation, skills & professional approach.
∎ Smart and confident with a professional attitude.
∎ We are looking for candidates who has Experience inFreight Sales
