• BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

• BSc in Textile Engineering with MBA will be added advantage.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ensure and prepare sales plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per the business plan.

• Develop new client & product variation and ensure correspondence & negotiation with prospective clients.

• Resolve technical problems during production and set parameters to overcome the same problem in the future.

• Follow up production & on time delivery & take precautions for all types of production-related problems.

• Analysis of the production cost of different types of washing.

• Negotiation with the customer about price & other issues.

• Ensure timely delivery and Follow up on time payment.

• Ensure technical inputs for better results to the team & supervise their work to improve productivity of the man as well as the operation.

• Ensure the collection of customer feedback and market demand of Washing.

• Prepare all documents, booking-wise like MOU, Top sheet, bill statement, delivery statement, as per customer requirements.

• Maintain & Follow up accountability & commercial side like PI, LC, acceptance document regular basis.

• Stay in touch with the store department to ensure that the booking is proceeding correctly & delivery accurately.
