Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling land share, plot, flat to potential customer.
∎ Properly response in social media platform which will be the main part of the job.
∎ Calling prospects and setting appointments for visits.
∎ Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.
∎ Maintain daily reports of clients information and communication and submitting them to the Marketing Manager as required.
∎ Maintain booking and selling report of every different project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have experience of Sales Marketing of high value items

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Extra incentive for each target.
