Job Context:
∎ As the Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing at Real Estate Company. We are
∎ looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing. Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Collect and analyze data and prepare sales report.
∎ Priority have experience in Face book, SMS, WhatsApp others online Digital Marketing.
∎ Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
