Experience:
Achieve assigned room, banquet, and F&B sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
Develop and manage corporate, government, airline, NGO, and travel agent accounts.
Generate new business through market visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
Promote hotel facilities including rooms, meeting halls, banquet events, and packages.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and regular clients.
Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and MOUs as per hotel policy.
Ensure timely renewal of corporate agreements and rate contracts.
Coordinate with front office and reservations for smooth corporate handling.
Prepare sales action plans and weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns.
Support Sales Manager in developing pricing strategies and promotional offers.
Suggest innovative sales ideas to increase occupancy and revenue.
Coordinate with Front Office, Accounts, Reservations, and Operations for proper service delivery.
Ensure proper communication of corporate rates, billing instructions, and credit limits.
Follow up on pending dues with accounts department and clients.
Ensure all sales are supported with PO, LOI, or MOU as per company policy.
Ensure due ledger opening only after proper approval and documentation.
Monitor client credit limits and payment timelines.
Assist accounts department in collection of outstanding payments.
Ensure VAT, Tax, and contractual compliance in coordination with accounts.
Handle client complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Attend corporate events, meetings, and familiarization visits.
Maintain long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
Represent the hotel in sales meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client databases.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Update management about market feedback and competitor activity.
Perform any additional task assigned by Sales Manager or Management.
Guide junior sales executives in achieving their targets.
Support training and development of sales team members.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, sales ethics, and professional conduct.
