• HSC

• Age 18 to 30 years

1. Assist senior waiters in providing food and beverage service to guests

2. Welcome guests politely and help them with seating arrangements

3. Take food and beverage orders accurately under supervision

4. Serve food and drinks according to hotel/restaurant service standards

5. Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after guests leave

6. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations

7. Refill water, condiments, and other table items as required

8. Assist in preparing service equipment (cutlery, glassware, trays, etc.)

9. Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times

10. Respond to guest requests and complaints politely and report to seniors

11. Support the team during peak hours and special events

12. Learn menu items, ingredients, and basic service etiquette

13. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time
