• At least 1 year

• HSC

• At least 1 year

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male

Security & Safety

• Maintain overall safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property

• Control entry and exit points of the hotel premises

• Check and monitor visitors, vehicles, and staff movement

• Patrol hotel areas regularly (lobby, floors, parking, back areas)

• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access

Guest & Staff Protection

• Assist guests politely and professionally during security checks

• Handle guest complaints or disturbances calmly and report to management

• Escort guests or staff when required for safety reasons

• Protect VIP guests and assist during special events

Monitoring & Surveillance

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems

• Observe suspicious activities and take immediate action

• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitor registers

Emergency & Incident Handling

• Respond promptly to emergencies (fire, medical, accidents, fights)

• Follow emergency procedures and evacuation plans

• Coordinate with local police, fire service, or emergency teams when needed

• Provide basic first aid until professional help arrives

Property & Asset Protection

• Safeguard hotel assets, cash movement, and sensitive areas

• Monitor loading/unloading areas and service entrances

• Ensure lost & found items are recorded and secured properly

Compliance & Discipline

• Enforce hotel rules, safety policies, and SOPs

• Ensure staff and contractors follow security guidelines

• Report any violation, damage, or unusual incident to supervisor

• Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and professional behavior

• Stay alert, disciplined, and courteous at all times

• Support other departments during emergencies or peak operations
