• Only Male

Housekeeping (Room Attendant)

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards

• Make beds, change linens, pillowcases, and towels

• Dust furniture, clean mirrors, windows, and fixtures

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, floors)

• Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, tea/coffee, water, amenities)

• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors and carpets

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to supervisor

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings carefully

Laundry Duties

• Collect, sort, and count soiled linens, uniforms, and guest laundry

• Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing/pressing equipment

• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and pack linens and garments properly

• Identify stains and apply appropriate cleaning methods

• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment

• Ensure proper labeling and timely delivery of guest laundry

• Store clean linens and uniforms in designated areas

• Report damaged or worn-out linen and uniforms

General Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and proper uniform

• Follow hotel SOPs, policies, and confidentiality rules

• Assist team members during peak hours

• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently

• Ensure cost control by proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
