Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate from a public / reputed university.
∎ Professional certification in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the market and help the NSM in formulating right strategies.
∎ Strengthen distributor-retailer relationship.
∎ Set up new customers in key locations and provide the management on all marketing activity data for them to create specific strategy.
∎ Ensure sale of Automotive Lubricants through the wholesalers and retailers in the assigned region thereby achieving the Sales Target for the region.
∎ Supervise the Field marketing team and others to achieve their set goals.
∎ Concentrate on sale of Automotive Lubricants through the wholesalers and retailers in the assigned Area thereby achieving the Sales Target for that Specific Zone.
∎ Monitor the monthly sales figures and take appropriate measures to ensure the sales are as per plan and meet the 'End Users' regularly to create more loyal customers along with assisting/training them.
∎ Plan to roll out 'Marketing Program' for any specific product in the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in Lubricant Sales
∎ Excellent ability of working under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Good Business sense and professional & progressive attitude
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
∎ Sound Knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality
