Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed group is looking for the following personnel to join with its brand new 3 star rated resort (Paragon Hotel and Resort Limited) at Sreemangal, Moulvi Bazar with immediate appointment.

Report To: Head of Operations / General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, Organizing and Maintaining all housekeeping formalities
  • Ensure public areas, corridor, entrance and related areas are kept clean and tidy as per standard
  • Ensure all staff start and finish duties on time and as per duty roster
  • Ensure proper security and maintenance of departmental keys and Lost & Found items
  • Regular checking of all furniture, fixtures, linens and amenities / room equipment conditions
  • Provide regular reports to management on anything requires repaired or replaced
  • Ensure cleanliness of all rooms, proper make-up of vacant rooms as per standard
  • Ensures cleanliness of wash rooms, toilets and correct use of cleaning supplies
  • Maintain duty log book for each shift and regular review of room check list
  • Execute any other task as assigned by the superior
