Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities
∎ Generating inflow of referral clients
∎ Effectively listening to and understanding client requirements to present client with ideal solution in accordance with our collection of luxury residential units
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary
∎ Managing client's modification requests pre contract
∎ Preparing and presenting sales pitch to potential clients
∎ Closing sales deals and handing over sales contract to project delivery team
∎ Weekend and after hours work required
∎ Any other relevant tasks as set by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have excellent written and oral command of both English and Bangla
∎ 5+ years demonstrable relevant business development and real estate sales experience
∎ Solid understanding of real estate industry structure, building terms and general construction knowledge
∎ Ability to exude confidence and strong persuasion skills
∎ Highly proficient in English and Bengali communication (written and verbal)
∎ Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, floor plans. Site plans etc
∎ Ability to work autonomously
∎ Hunger for success and a passion for closing deals
∎ Tertiary academic qualifications in a related field
∎ Exemplary management and organization skills - be it time, people, priorities or even work load
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Competitive base salary with attractive sales and performance incentive structure. Negotiable for deserving candidate.
