Additional Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of synthetic and knit fabrics.
Good knowledge in fabric & apparel product development.
Experience with raw material and garment testing.
Strong technical understanding of synthetic and knit fabric constructions.
Innovations and seasonal fabric trends.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new fabric as per buyer original swatch / spec or garments while maintaining the customer expected quality level.
Analyze / submit the innovative fabrics, and ensure that fabric quality can be maintained from development throughout the bulk.
Work closely with Product Development teams to ensure a seamless hand over process.
Fully understand and partner with all kind of testing (INH / 3rd party / local / overseas) to ensure fully aligned with customer testing manuals.
Customer / factory integration part, for all kind of material developments to bulk execution.
Liaise with final sign offs, and headers with all buyers.
Handling confidently any other projects / assignments, given by the management.
