∎ MSc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology from reputed Public University.
∎ Skills Required: MS Excel, MS Word

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and carry out the Chemical analysis of Raw material and Finished goods of dairy products.
∎ Organize and carry out contamination test of Heavy metal and residue of pesticide.
∎ Carry out the analysis of spicy products as well as fish products.
∎ Prepare SOP, Specification of Raw & Finished products and Packaging materials.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of all laboratory Equipment.
∎ Review analytical method & specification and develop cost effective analytical methods of new & existing products.
∎ Ensure implementation of good manufacturing and good laboratory practices in the analytical lab.
∎ Maintain documentation, development and upgradation of test formats & record keeping in accordance with cGMP and GLP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge in analytical work and HACCP.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in British & Bangladesh standard and regulatory guidline about dairy product.
∎ Should have the ability to continue work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
