Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the observation, identification and reporting of deviations / anomalies in the tasks carried out by the field colleagues involved under Sales & Distribution Department.
∎ Assess the scopes for development and guide the team accordingly
∎ Supervise all sort of auditing activities
∎ Supervise product availability analysis & reporting
∎ Supervise Retail Audit-Inventory
∎ Regular market visits to capture competition information to plan ahead of the competitions
∎ Generate innovative business development plan aligning with Marketing & Branding department
∎ Follow-up and supervise other investigative jobs and market research assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positive mindset for extensive visit all over Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
