∎ MSc. in Microbiology from Reputed Public University.
∎ Skills Required: MS Excel, MS Word

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and carry out the Microbiological analysis of Raw material and finished goods of dairy product.
∎ Carry out Identification of specific organisms might present in dairy product.
∎ Carry out the analysis of spicy products and also fish products.
∎ Ensure preparation of different heterotrophic, differential & selective media.
∎ Ensure preservation & maintenance of control microorganisms & laboratory reagents.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of lab documentations in accordance with cGMP and GLP.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge in basic microbiological technique.
∎ Should have the ability to continue work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
