• Follow up technical procedure related to customer mock-up test.
• Arrange data sheet as per customer requirement.
• Follow up with marketing team for technical issues of data sheet, mock-up etc.
• Visit customer for complain resolving.
• Visit customer to understand customer concern or requirement on quality.
• Review technical aspect of supplier sample and prepare reports.
• Evaluation of daily visit/complaints report with QAM.
• Work to cross- functional team to settle the technical issues from customer.
• Maintain records of visit/complaints to ensure quick population of visit/complaints report.
• Records corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
• Arrange QC meeting with respective team on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
• Prepare monthly report and submit to QAM within stipulated time.
• Customer learning program on product, prepare and present PPT.
• Train customer on attachment of MOLD & product.
• Train customer on MOCKUP layer thickness and uneven layer.
• Communicate with sales team about product quality in sample stage.
• Coordinate with central lab in development stage.
