∎ Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Textiles / Garment Technology / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in sewing production within in Knit garment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sewing machines, techniques, and garment construction processes.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sewing department, ensuring all production targets and timelines are met efficiently.
∎ Monitor sewing lines and equipment performance, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in all sewing processes.
∎ Optimize sewing floor layout and workflow to improve overall efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
∎ Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely material availability.
∎ Monitor the sewing quality, identifying any defects or deviations from the standard and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
