Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in IPE / Masters in Science (Mathematics/Statistics preferable) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze Print type (Screen type, Flexo Print etc)
∎ Target setting on daily basis of work list required from Sales & Marketing Team
∎ Order segregation based on the print requirements.
∎ Coordinating demand generation from the marketing team and assign production plan in the best optimization model.
∎ Prepare production plan on weekly bucked and daily basis.
∎ Preparation and generation on monthly and weekly management reports.
∎ Determine the production capacity based on the product type.
∎ Monitoring production against target and time to time assist production/plant manager with data analytics.
∎ Implement the best production plan and ensure proper execution of production as per the plan.
∎ Coordinating sourcing team with the demand and supply management of paper sourcing.

∎ Drive to continuous improvement
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
∎ Knowledge of Fast-react software will be an added advantage
