Job Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify potential buyers, investors, and clients for secondary apartments.

• Generate leads through networking, property portals, digital campaigns, and referrals.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and ensure smooth handover of sold properties.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  Product Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-quality secondary apartment properties that meet company standards.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.

• Evaluate properties for location, market demand, pricing, and investment potential.

• Negotiate acquisition terms and agreements to secure properties at optimal value.

• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes, due diligence, and compliance.

• Monitor secondary apartment market trends and competitor offerings to inform acquisition strategy.

• Maintain accurate property records, agreements, and transaction documentation.
