∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
∎ PMP/Prince2 certification will be plus

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: Specialist, Project Management Office
∎ Job purpose: Work closely with Divisions` project teams and monitoring progress of projects

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track status of program deliverables and milestones, including supporting information distribution
∎ Perform coordination of project and program level reporting cycle
∎ Support in developing detailed project plans
∎ Monitor budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Provide any other ad-hoc support required

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in project management role with a minimum total experience of 4 years
∎ Prior exposure in telecommunication industry will be an added advantage
∎ Knowledge of project management and ability to specify the solution set in detail to vendors
∎ Attention to details and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Good working relationships with working teams
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse workforce
