Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and support overall IT operation, IT support, security and performance of Infrastructure and Application management.
∎ Windows Server management: Email, Active Directory, File Server, NAS Server etc.
∎ Support Computer System Validation.
∎ Backup of all critical systems including NAS storage.
∎ Review and maintain Information System Security of the systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
∎ Develop, supervise and deliver effective technical support and services to all IT users.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 of relevant experience in the relevant.
∎ Clear understanding of Computer Systems Validation as per USFDA, EU and ISPE regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
∎ Certifications in Networking, Server Management, Programing will be an additional advantage.
