Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Candidates having professional degrees will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 2 years job experience in Modern Trade, Corporate Sales (B2B Business)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand the business.
∎ Identify business opportunities through research and analyzing sales options.
∎ Achieve value & unit-wise sales targets and ensure visibility of the products in Modern Trade.
∎ Visit clients as per route chart and generate demand for company products.
∎ Ensure product coverage & availability as per norm & resolve problems at the outlet level.
∎ Share price offer, price list and relevant product-related documents as per the client's requirement.
∎ Work closely with distribution to ensure timely delivery and ensure collection from customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should be highly motivated and passionate.
∎ Should be able to cooperate with team members with a friendly attitude.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ The candidates should have problem-solving abilities with analytical skills.
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
