• Maintain physical stock and internal movement of all warehouses inventory.

• Check documents properly and complete the necessary paperwork before delivery. 

• Maintain daily delivery schedule and arrange transport support to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. 

• Keep inventory data entry in Excel format, daily received and delivery data record, updated stock summary, BIN Card, customer booking data, and prepare all delivery challan.

• Maintain an insufficient goods list, prepare stock demand with spare parts, and submit it to the line manager.

• Maintain and attend physically regular inventory audits.

• Attending shipment unloading, arranging loader as per requirement, and supervising unloading products at night.

• Train coach, and supervise team members and keep them united with motivation.

• Maintain infrastructure maintenance at the warehouse to ensure a safe environment for goods and a smooth work environment for team members.

• Prepare the proper budget for inventory-related local purchases.

• Respond to product Complaints from retail, wholesale, and others.

• Prepare daily stock reports, Internal movement reports, delivery status, and purchase orders and submit them to the line manager.
