• Masters
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age At most 37 years
• Only Male

• Receive SPR from the concerned department, collect quotation/offer from Vendor, Negotiate, prepare CS, select vendor, take Management approval, create purchase order.

• Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order after delivered the goods.

• Conform vendor’s payable balance from time to time by the discussion with accounts & related department

• Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (ERP) and produce reports regularly.

• Adjustment of Working in Advance, PDC, IOU and Cash requisitions concerned bill and other payments on time.

• Collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS for Management approval.

• Maintain liaison with the factory management in connection with requisition, and supply of goods/materials on time.

• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to the factory

• Produce different types of reports as and when required.

• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
