Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Diploma/PGD in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing purchase orders/ work orders follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
∎ Ensure checking of price of the procured products by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Ability to handle import documentation and local purchase.
∎ Vendor enlisting Process.
∎ Developing various forms, format, register and voucher content for better internal control.
∎ Ensuring all necessary procurement procedures are properly followed including any relevant vendor procedure, ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness in the procurement process.
∎ Preform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by the authority time to time.
∎ Supply chain monitoring through ERP system
∎ Deliver the PO to concern supplier to place the order
∎ Tracking delivery of raw materials on the basis of lead time
∎ Material development through coordination of concern merchandiser & supplier
∎ Any other related task as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ Age 30 to 40 year(s)
∎ Excellent analytical, communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP application.
