Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ ITP and Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Master of Law (LLM) degree will get preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc
∎ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 1994, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and VAT & SD Act, 2012
∎ Keep constant contact with the local authorities, Government and Semi-Government organization for any government rules and regulation update
∎ To maintain and make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits
∎ Carry out regular compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof
∎ Provide compliance training to the concerned Dept./employee as and when required on compliance issues
∎ Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, chemical hazards, storage and disposal
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and Consumers' Right Protection Act
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ year(s) experience in the related field
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality
∎ Sound knowledge on Companies Act, 1994, Income Tax Ordinance, 1994, VAT & SD Act, 2012, Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Audit, Legal Compliance
∎ Computer literacy & typing skills are must (Must be good at English & Bengali Type).
∎ Skills Required: Fluent In English Speaking and Writing, Microsoft Office packages
