Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take professional video and photography of varied interests
∎ Work closely with Teams and Senior colleagues to produce high-quality videos.
∎ Ensure videos are high-quality, i.e. well-edited, color/sound graded and produced, while incorporating stakeholder feedback, making sure videos fit within the creative content strategy and meet the needs of any campaign and values of the Organization.
∎ Apply innovative and cutting edge techniques to enhance the videography as required
∎ Own the product feature video content production process by partnering (on-site & remotely) with studio operations in activities such as scheduling, planning, and resourcing
∎ Use video manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
∎ Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
∎ Apply aesthetic sensibility & artistic knowledge to compose & enhance videography
∎ Review sets of videography projects and finalize the best results
∎ Operate various video and photography equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting equipment
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our brand; collaborate with designers, writers and other cross-functional groups to create stories through motion, in a way that consistently uses the voice of our brands
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a working experience as a videographer and an editor
∎ Portfolio showcasing a strong array of video works
∎ Someone with solid knowledge in video production and graphic design that can manage pre, during, and post video production. This includes a technical understanding of the equipment, lighting adjustment, filming and shooting, framing and shot selection, editing, subtitle insertion, as well as record, mix, and post-production of audio recordings. We would also expect the person to recommend the equipment we need to buy to enable full in-house self sufficiency
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
∎ Excellent creative skills and a great eye for details
∎ Moderate skills in animation
∎ Strong creative and artistic instincts with an understanding of content creation
