Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital lead generation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software or IT service-based business models.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with international teams across different time zones. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP or SaaS-based product sales.
  • Prior exposure to international B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms.


Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Senior Executive (Lead Generation) will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for CraftCode AG’s software solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to connect with global prospects in the technology domain.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through digital channels, databases, and professional networks.

  • Initiate contact and build relationships with prospects through emails, calls, and online meetings.

  • Qualify leads based on target industries, requirements, and project scope.

  • Coordinate with the global sales team (Switzerland & UAE) to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems accurately.

  • Support marketing campaigns and product presentations to prospective clients.

  • Track and analyze lead conversion performance for continuous improvement.
