Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Sales Manager – Software Sales will be responsible for driving software sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software or technology solution sales and be capable of collaborating across teams in multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align product positioning and sales goals.

  • Lead sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategy.

  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
