Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain physical stock and internal movement of all warehouses inventory.
Check documents properly and complete the necessary paperwork before delivery.
Maintain daily delivery schedule and arrange transport support to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Keep inventory data entry in Excel format, daily received and delivery data record, updated stock summary, BIN Card, customer booking data, and prepare all delivery challan.
Maintain an insufficient goods list, prepare stock demand with spare parts, and submit it to the line manager.
Maintain and attend physically regular inventory audits.
Attending shipment unloading, arranging loader as per requirement, and supervising unloading products at night.
Train coach, and supervise team members and keep them united with motivation.
Maintain infrastructure maintenance at the warehouse to ensure a safe environment for goods and a smooth work environment for team members.
Prepare the proper budget for inventory-related local purchases.
Respond to product Complaints from retail, wholesale, and others.
Prepare daily stock reports, Internal movement reports, delivery status, and purchase orders and submit them to the line manager.
