∎ Minimum Graduate from Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Production.

∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new wash styles.
∎ Finishing Executive is 100 % responsible for 5s & Housekeeping.
∎ S/he need to serious about 5s & housekeeping without any excuse.
∎ Ensure to start finishing as per Plan Finishing Date (PFD).
∎ Ensure wash garments sending & receiving as per the plan.
∎ Make sure all built-in Quality processes are performing according to ISO: QMS.
∎ AQL and measurement spec done hourly and recorded.
∎ Corrective action plan available and implemented.
∎ Random safety testing like buttons and small parts security, done and recorded.
∎ All garments are passed through the metal detector, as a standard. Metal detector control records available.
∎ Makes liaison with sewing, MCD & Merchandising Departments.
∎ Follow & drive Packing list.
∎ Auditor’ review of finished goods (Pre-Final), is satisfactory and matches customer requirement, based of comparison with approved sample.
∎ Fill up operator cadre list for next style layout plan before feeding and if any operator/ Helper below plan efficiency need to plan training.
∎ Prepare & make training plan for “Critical to quality” & “Critical to production” processes.
∎ Make sure Next day input, trims & accessories before leaving and submit the report to APM.
