Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, scanners, Printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Troubleshooting and configuring office hardware and network problems.
∎ Installing and update antivirus, operating systems and configuring outlook.
∎ Manage internet and data-link.
∎ Basic knowledge on software application, database server, IP Camera, access control devices, surveillance system and PABX.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
