∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Shipyard, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process.
∎ Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Able to prepare HR budgeting & HR accounting.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
∎ Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software.
∎ To improve Employees/workers and management relationship, solve unrest and conflict.
∎ To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
∎ Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at plant and evaluate for improvement,
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly,
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them,
∎ To take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc,
∎ Develop HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines etc. of the Company and ensure that these are continuously updated and legally compliant,
∎ To check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees,
∎ Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves,
∎ Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI & ROI for each role,
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc. while maintaining organization's policies and procedures,
∎ Assist Corporate HR in timely performance appraisal process.
∎ Others HR & administrative works time to time assigned by HOD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Sound knowledge in KPI & ROI, HR budgeting & HR accounting
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation,
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations,
∎ Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication,
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player,
∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure,
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for deserving candidates
